PSA- You need more fiber. I've been using these prebiotic fiber gummies for a while now, and overall I've had a very positive experience. However, that's not really the purpose of these gummies—they're designed to help maintain digestive health and regularity over time, and I think they do that well. I've found that storing the bottle upside down helps prevent them from clumping too much and makes them easier to grab.
